The most amazing thing, that I get an opportunity to do as a blogger - collaborating with brands which I absolutely love. I've been a big fan of Giraffe's production for the longest time now, and I'm incredibly happy to include them in FS!
Not familiar with Giraffe yet? It's a cold pressed juice and smoothies producing brand based in Lithuania. They use high pressure processing technologies which allow the juice to stay fresh for a longer time and keep all the nutrients safely bottled. In Giraffe's bottles you won't be able to find any additives, concentrates or GMOs, just raw fruits&veggies. Getting all the needed vitamins and antioxidants, an energy boost or simply, a wide smile on your face and staying healthy can't get any easier, and most importantly, delicious!
Grab a Giraffe's bottle and share it with friends or have a satisfying moment alone, arrange a good ol' picnic like I did, recover your strenght after a tiring workout or just brighten up your day at any occasion, it will come very in handy, especially these smoldering hot summer days!
Let's get into the best part now ;)
Easy, fun to make, mouth-watering, delicious, natural and colorful are just some of the words you could use to describe a smoothie.
I have shared a few smoothie recipes in the past, but these, thanks to Giraffe, are truly full-packed superfood bombs! Using the recieved goodies, I've thought of two more nutritious recipes to kick your ration even harder!
Ingredients:
- Giraffe Fresh Exotic fruits juice | 300ml
- Maca powder | 10g
- Skyr (feel free to use greek) yogurt | 75g or three generous tablespoons
- Chia seeds | 15g
- Blueberries | 100g or a generous handfull
- Dates | 30g or 3 medium size dates
Instructions:
- Pour 300ml of juice into your blender container, add the yogurt.
- Combine the blueberries, dates to sweeten it up a little, maca powder and chia seeds.
- Lastly, add a few ice cubes to thicken the consistency and make it extra refreshing!
- Blend.
This smoothie is very fresh and bursting with flavour, not too sweet. I was surprised, how well blueberries go with tropical fruits! Right after my first sip it literally made me thing of exotic islands in the midle of nowhere, palm trees and crystal clear waterfall water... Keep the things new and experience an unexpected flavorful sensation!
Berry Deluxe
(vegan!)
Ingredients:
- Giraffe Super berry juice | 300ml
- Almond milk | 100ml
- Cashew (or any preffered nut) butter | 10g or a generous tablespoon
- Banana | 1 medium size

- Goji berries | 15g
Instructions:
- Pour the juice and almond milk into the blender container.
- Peel off and add the banana, drinking oats and goji berries, top it off with chosen nut butter.

I've started testing different nut butters and I loved the taste roasted cashews added. Oh, there's nothing better to complement smoothie with than a banana. If you have a sweet-tooth like me, this is the dream, fortunately - absolutely guilt free one! Don't hesitate and treat your taste buds with a velvety and creamy yet fruity from the berries beverage.
I hope that you like the smoothies!xx
